I have region-specific (Arizona and New Mexico) services that are tailored to adult men. I also review the gear that I have had personal interaction with, and I don’t discuss items just to advertise. I have experience using every piece of equipment I discuss on this site.

What happens on a 3-day Wilderness Adventure?

Each day involves an element of outdoor movement (hiking, backpacking, setting up/breaking down camp) and emotional processing. Lately, we have been utilizing Module One, which can be heard about here. Prepare to be outside, get dirty, and offer yourself vulnerably and authentically.
